Once unlocked, impermanence is one of the most profound experiences that the human can experience. it is the only path to a deep nabanic peace within. Keep practicing and never give up.
I’ve been listening to these dharma talks and I truly appreciate your time and effort to make these videos. Next time could you also include the eight fold noble paths that a practitioner should follow on their journey towards enlightenment? Today people are suffering not because they are less intelligent but because everyone fails to follow the ethical rules, Sila. I’m 40 years old now. When I was 10, people tried to abstain from killing, lying, having fun outside their marriage, stealing and drinking. Those people are much more peaceful than today’s generation. Everyone wants liberation of course, but that liberation is not an easy journey.
Thanks for the beautiful video
This video is a gentle yet powerful reminder of what it truly means to live. The analogy of sipping tea [00:29] really hit home—I realized how often I’m physically present but mentally miles away, trapped in the ‘monkey mind’ of past regrets and future anxieties.
The lesson on impermanence [12:56] shifted my perspective deeply. Instead of fearing change, I’m learning to see it as a gift that makes every fleeting moment more precious. From today, I will commit to ‘Everyday Mindfulness,’ especially practicing active listening without judgment [25:21]. I want to stop being a prisoner of my emotions and start being the watcher. Thank you, Buddhism Podcast, for lighting this lamp of wisdom. Your teachings are helping me find Stillness in a world full of chaos. ✨🙏🌿
This is the best podcast on Buddhism I have found. ( other than Thich Nhat Hahn of course) 🙏 thank you
