  1. I’ve been following this stretching routine for the past 3-4 months, and the difference it’s made is incredible. I feel much more flexible, energetic, and overall active throughout the day.

    What really surprises me is when gym buddies come over and show me what they call a “super stretch” and suggest I try it. I’m able to do it right away without any hesitation, and they’re always amazed at how easily I manage it.

    All the credit goes to this routine that I’ve been consistently doing every single day. It truly works!

  2. I want a full body flexibility , should I follow this playlist everyday till I do all the videos or I should follow just 1 video and repeat it everyday ??
