  1. The issue I have is my work schedule changes every month. Luckily my night shift isnโ€™t that late but getting off at 11pm doesnโ€™t really work with getting up so early. Iโ€™m saying this as Iโ€™m trying to sleep after an 11pm shift that I have to wake up at 5:30 for a dr appointment for.

  2. Completely exhausted and feel like I died overnight most mornings with fibromyalgia I’m trying desperately to figure out how to reset my brain and my body so I can keep living my life in a healthier state
    Any miraculous advice to feel restored?
    Im taking in all items here.

  3. Wish i watched this years ago. Have tried to fix sleep many times. For some reason this time seems different. I will actually fix it this time
