Any tips for people with insomnia? ๐
The issue I have is my work schedule changes every month. Luckily my night shift isnโt that late but getting off at 11pm doesnโt really work with getting up so early. Iโm saying this as Iโm trying to sleep after an 11pm shift that I have to wake up at 5:30 for a dr appointment for.
Completely exhausted and feel like I died overnight most mornings with fibromyalgia I’m trying desperately to figure out how to reset my brain and my body so I can keep living my life in a healthier state
Any miraculous advice to feel restored?
