I have an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, a medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and residency-training at a Harvard-affiliated hospital.   2. If I throw myself to the ground like that. I’m going to need help getting up. I guess we all have to start somewhere.

  3. I used to be able to do that…but I stopped when I started working in leisure centres and had a late evening finish…now I’m lucky if I wake up with my third alarm…and I left those jobs a couple years ago…
